Group Health Plan
We have contracted with HighMark Blue Cross/ Blue Shield for a fully insured plan.
This plan will give every employee and their families' access to the countries most
premier health network of doctors, hospitals and pharmacies.
Group Dental Plan
We have has contracted with United Concordia Company, a wholly owned subsidiary
of HighMark Incorporated. United Concordia has a single focus to provide its clients
with the best dental insurance and service. United Concordia now owns and operates
some of the largest dental networks in the United States, and contracts with both
primary and specialty-care dentists. Every Concordia Choice plan uses the Concordia
Advantage Network of over 39,000 accessible dentists.
Group Vision Plan
We have has contracted with Clarity Vision, a HighMark Company to provide their
OptiChoice Gold Plan. OptiChoice Gold, a premier managed vision care Preferred Provider
Program, provides benefits for high quality products and services through a large
national network of Preferred Providers and Contracting Optical Suppliers. In addition
to offering members many fully paid benefits, it also provides discounts on additional
eyewear and optical supplies purchased in-network.
The Pre-Employment Questionnaire
We expect all of our employees to have a certain amount of financial services background
before hiring. If you are interested in becoming an employee of P.M.P. Research,
simply choose the "Financial Services Professional" form or the "Support Staff"
form. Complete and submit the resulting questionnaire to be considered for employment.
Within a few days you should receive a telephone call from our Administrator, Peg
Kopp, letting you know of your approval status.
